Single electric showers require a 32 amp electrical connection. This is a large round pin type connection.
NB You cannot just plug this into a regular 13amp household socket
Your electrician can advise.
WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION
The shower unit has a 150mm long stub of 15mm plastic (speedfit) to connect the water supply to.
You will need a 15mm speedfit elbow to connect to the stub then fittings to convert to whatever type of pipe your water supply may be.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE ELECTRICAL CABLE WITH 32 AMP PLUG, WATER PIPE AND CONNECTORS FOR THE SINGLE ELECTRIC SHOWER AS ABOVE.
HIRING A 4 BAY GAS POWERED SHOWER TRAILER
We will deliver the trailer to site, set up and level and fit steps. The units use 25mm blue alkathene water pipe for watersupply connection. We have adapters to convert to other supplysizes. You will be supplied with bottle(s) of gas as part of your hire terms. We will connect the water and gas and light the boiler before hand over to the customer. Waste water is piped to your disposal point using rigid or lay flat 50mm ppe.
Trailer units do not need electricity to function. Units are fitted with lights, 240V AC if evening/night time use is required. A 16 amp round pin (blue) connection is required.
NB Waste water will not run uphill! Trailer units require a firm and level base to operate efficiently.
NB The shower pressure is dependant on you water supply. If you have a low water flow and pressure you will have poor performance when more than one shower is operating. It is your responsibility to ensure that an adequate water supply is present. 2 to 3 bar pressure is recommended
